Sometimes it's good (necessary) to take a break from pen, brush, and ink.

Paper loves ...

... ink. Whether it comes from a pen, a plate, or a printer -  paper loves ink.

It takes some work to find out what kind of paper likes what kind of ink treatment but the work is more like play as you "what if" your way to a new understanding of what you love to do.

There is a stunning exhibit of textiles from Japan by Reiko Sudo + Nuno at the Mississippi Valley Textile Museum in Almonte, ON. Much of the design work starts with paper - dancing paper!

...you are so much fun!

So, not paper, but cloth with rust, bleach, and thread.

Still dancing.

Adding some movenment with stitching ... in progress.
